We take pride in offering to ship to most locations in India, with the expedited dispatch of in-stock products within one business day of order placement. We understand that in rare cases, products may be out of stock, and therefore, we provide estimated shipping times on our website to keep you informed before you place your order.
For your convenience, we offer gift cards and reward credits that can be issued directly from us. Once issued, the recipient will receive an email notification with a unique code that can be used during checkout to apply credit towards the final purchase.
We kindly request that the code is kept confidential as it is meant for the recipient only. Please note that the gift card is valid for one year from the date of issue and is usable only on purchases made in our store.To maintain a fair system, we reserve the right to cancel any issued gift cards in the event of spam or abuse.
We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to your satisfaction. Therefore we offer product exchanges and returns within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. Please note that cancellations are not accepted once an order is placed.
While we strive to provide pick-up services for exchanges and returns, it is not guaranteed. In the event that pick-up is not available, we request that the customer ships the return themselves.
To ensure that you have all the information you need, please note that products marked as Final sale cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered. Similarly, products marked as Sample units may have minor glitches such as loose threads, regular stitching, or negligible fit differences.
All the returns are eligible for exchange or refund, when the product is returned unused, in the original packaging, within 14 days from the delivery date. Lastly, unauthorised inbound shipments may render us unable to serve you in the future. Expecting your cooperation in following our return policies.
In such cases, we offer refunds through the original mode of payment for all purchases, except for Cash on Delivery orders. For COD orders, the refund is credited to the customer’s bank account.
