How do I purchase product from your company?

How do I find which warehouse has the TTH product that I am looking for?

How can I obtain a sample of your product?

We currently have a very broad network of Wholesale distributors in India. Our wholesale networks have been carefully selected and sell only blank garments. If you feel there is a need in your local area for enhanced distribution we recommend you send an email to sales@gildan.com

How do I obtain a catalog or swatch card?

How do we make payment for our order?

We have multiple payment options that you may choose from such as UPI, Net banking or via Debit & Credit cards

I have one of your products with a specific logo/design on it; how can I get another one?

We manufacture blank products. As we are often two and three times removed from the company that applied a specific design, we recommend that you contact the store or business where you acquired the product.

Can I get TTH to make a shirt with my label sewn in it?

With our OBT (Own Branded Tshirt) solution,you may seamlessly share your logo with us and get them printed on the neck labels.

Are colors the same across all styles?

We make every effort to ensure that our colors are consistent across every fabric we produce. Due to the nature of the various knit constructions and the various reflective properties of our range of fibers, there is a possibility that a shade may look slightly different when produced in a 50% cotton/50% polyester fabric blend as opposed to a 100% cotton garment. Flat knit constructions such a basic jersey knit also may present a slightly different shade of a color than raised knits like fleece. It is always recommended to obtain a sample of the garment in question to properly assess the exact color.

Are sustainable products skin friendly ?

Yes, we use non- hazardous substance in the manufacturing process, making the product good for the person and for the planet.

How do I return a product that is out of spec or has a quality issue?

All returns must be processed according to the return policy of the distributor from which the product was purchased. Please consult with your distributor.

What is the delivery period?

Since we deal in ready stocks, delivery will be immediate for plain t shirts. However you can get in touch with us in case certain products are out of stock.

Is it regular fit or slim fit ?

Most of our products are regular fit and Unisex in nature. We also do have certain products that are specially made for women fit.

How do I send art work for customization ?

How can I launch my brand with TTH ?

How are t shirts packed ?

Plain T shirts will be packed in 2 fold/dead man fold to make sure they are easy to decorate by your printers or embroidery jobworkers.

Will I get discount on bulk orders ?

Yes, we never leave a opportunity to delight you. Discounts are offered depending on the quantity you purchase. Higher the quantity, better the discount.
